He has built a strong process of ensuring the highest client satisfaction rate as well as a high degree of idea conversions, leading to improved productivity, execution, reduction of stress at work and better agency-client relationships. This has helped brand-comm in improving the average client retention span, which is currently over 8 years. Pravin has held responsible positions in new initiatives, business strategy, crisis management, team restructuring, strategic account planning, and client servicing at Integrated Brand-Comm Pvt Ltd and other communication firms. Before his stint with Public Relations, Pravin was a Senior Content Writer at www.CarAZoo.com, now called www.Motortrend.com. He started his career as a journalist with The New Indian Express as a Sub-Editor and then moved to Deccan Herald.
